For 20 years, Le Bon Croissant (LBC) has manufactured and distributed its unbaked frozen, baked frozen and freezer-to-oven bakery products to customers across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and the Far East.

With products that include garlic toast, garlic sticks, garlic loaves, European breads, croissants, Danish pastries, cinnamon buns, turnovers and more, we provide innovative product ideas that help maximize profits.

Blending traditional recipes with modern facilities, we’re proud to have some of North America’s most celebrated private label brands as part of our roster. We successfully provide food service operators, food distributors and private-label retailers with consistent quality in the large volumes they require.

In our automated facility based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, our master baking team uses state-of-the art equipment to produce more than 12,000 cases of assorted products per day, including private label products for 14 of the largest grocery store chains in the U.S.
